Comfortable bedding, made for a decent night's sleep. Great central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Room felt cramped with no comfortable seating, just a hard desk chair. The decor needs a refresh, especially in the bathroom, which showed signs of wear. Damp towels left in the bathroom after the first day were a letdown. The bar service was unreliable. It shut down early without notice, and one afternoon, the bar closed entirely, despite information indicating food service was available.

the location was great and magnificent for walking around a public square. the staff were super-friendly and really polite the whole time.

Location: the hotel was so close to Center and all the main sites and the train station. My room with water did go away in the shower, bathroom plus the shower was great modern, had good night's sleep.

The central location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The reception staff were accommodating. The room was well-equipped. The spacious room was a bonus, allowing me to work efficiently .

The breakfast service was uncoordinated and could improve.

Charming interiors, friendly staff, made my stay enjoyable as they were accommodating when I needed assistance with my travel plans and served delicious coffee during a breakfast that offered a good selection.

My one night here was good! The spacious room featured thick stone walls and a luxurious walk-in rain shower. Plus, the daily breakfast included delicious Illy cappuccino that started my day on a high note.

Options to choose from every morning. I especially enjoyed the selection of savory items. The room I stayed in had some items that needed maintenance, like the door's difficulty to open. Despite that, the hotel's central location was good.

I had a great time! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly varied, especially for a 4-star place, and the mini-fridge in my room was super handy. the towels were rough and definitely need replacing. I would stay here again!

The room I stayed in was pretty quiet, and the shower actually drained properly. 🚿 the location was awesome - very close to the city center, the Opicina tram stop, as well as loads of restaurants and bars nearby.
